Responsibilities

The Linha Aérea is not responsible for damages caused to the Client in the use of the Internet network, such as: interference, external intrusions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections of the computer system or any other case of force mesure.

Customer / User obligations

The Customer / User must comply with these general conditions and respect them. In particular, it undertakes to fulfill the following obligations:

- Providing personal data and correct addresses, so that the Linha Aérea can properly process orders;

- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data communicated to the Linha Aérea and undertakes to report any changes to them.

The Linha Aérea declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely in the act of delivery, due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Customer.

Online ordering

To make purchases through the Online Store of the Linha Aérea www.linhaarea.pt you must follow all the steps of the purchase so that it is successfully completed. The validation of the order assumes that the Customer has become aware of and accepts the General Conditions of Sale.

The data recorded by the Linha Aérea is evidence of the set of transactions carried out between the Linha Aérea and the Customer. It is the responsibility of the Linha Aérea to file the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and keep it accessible.

As soon as you finish your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data are not correct, you should immediately request a change, or even, the cancellation of the purchase made, through the email geral@linhaaerea.pt.

Payment methods

The Linha Aérea provides credit card, Paypal or bank transfer as payment method.

If you select bank transfer, you will receive the data to make the payment via e-mail, and if you choose bank transfer, you must send proof of payment to the e-mail geral@linhaaerea.pt followed by the reference of your order.

Payments against Refunds - Shipments or receipts of orders, exchanges or returns are not accepted with the payment service for collection / counter-refund.

Delivery of products

The Linha Aérea uses CTT as a method for shipping orders:

- European Union countries, the delivery time is 10 working days.

All products are subject to existing stock. In the event of a temporary or permanent stock-out, the customer will be informed and whenever possible an alternative of products with similar characteristics is suggested. If it is not possible, the money will be returned in full, without any additional cost.

All prices indicated are in Euros with VAT included at the legal rate in force, with an invoice for products purchased with the order being sent.

Shipping costs

The minimum amount to place an order is 5 euros.

From 50 euros, shipping is free. Below this value:

European Union countries: 5 euros

The product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Exchanges and returns

The Linha Aérea accepts returns on purchases made at the online store within 15 days from the date of delivery.

The items to be returned must be in the same delivery conditions and the cost of the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

The return must be made by registered mail, the Linha Aérea is not responsible for possible losses.

For refunds it is necessary to send the IBAN and SWIFT code to the email geral@linhaaerea.pt.

Payments against Refunds - Shipments or receipts of orders or returns are not accepted with the collection / counter payment payment service.

For returns, you must request the order by email geral@linhaaerea.pt.
