Tape around the finger
This is one of the simplest methods to discover the measurement of the fingers, however for it to work, it must be correctly followed because its accuracy does not it's too high.
You will only need a cord (or ribbon), scissors, a ruler and the matching table below.
Give a loop with the string / tape on the finger you want to measure. Make a knot. Case have difficulties, ask someone to assist you in this procedure. The cord / ribbon should be tight to the finger, but not tight.
Cut, with scissors, carefully the length of the cord / ribbon that was just around the finger and use the match table below to realize having taking into account the length of the tape, the measurement of the finger.
Knotless tape
Another option is to use ribbon or cord without knotting, just twisting and marking the point for cutting and subsequent measurement.
We recommend that you repeat this operation at least 3 times with different cords and ribbons, at most 1 cm wide.
Measurement variation occurs in a matter of millimetres, so any procedural error can lead to different measures.
